If you are moving but remaining within the London Hydro service territory and just want to transfer your service, manage this through your MyLondonHydro account:
- Log into your MyLondonHydro account
- Click on the Move In/Move Out/Transfer link
- Follow the step-by-step screens that will guide you through the process.
